Shouyangshan Subdistrict: Shouyangshan Subdistrict is located in the northwest of Yanshi City. It borders Chengguan Town to the east, connects to Baimasi Town in Luolong District and Pingle Town in Mengjin County to the west, faces Mangshan Mountain to the north, and overlooks the Luohe River to the south. National Highways 310 and 207, as well as the Longhai Railway, run through the area. It was among the first group of towns in Henan Province to be named a “Famous Town of Central China,” as well as a “Civilized Village and Town” and an “Advanced Township in New Rural Construction.” The total area of the subdistrict is 52.9 square kilometers, covering 24 administrative villages and 203 villager groups, with a population of 53,000. The subdistrict office was officially established in September 2016. It boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage.
