Introduction to Langfang East University City

East University City is situated in the Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone, right next to the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway, 40 kilometers from Beijing and 60 kilometers from Tianjin.

Spanning 20,000 mu, East University City plans to invest 12 billion RMB and aims to complete, within ten years, a range of facilities including teaching buildings, research labs, modern libraries, sports centers, faculty apartments, as well as supporting services such as preschool, primary, middle schools, medical services, commercial dining, and cultural entertainment. With a total built-up area of 7.8 million square meters, it is intended to evolve into an educational hub capable of accommodating 150,000 students and 50,000 staff.

East University City operates under a management model characterized by "enterprise investment, government support, market operation, industrial management, and socialized services." In the future, East University City will not only be an education hub but also a talent city, science city, industry city, eco-city, and tourist city.
