Huadu Hot Spring Resort (built to four-star standards) covers an area of 1,036 acres with a total investment of 170 million RMB. It was invested in and constructed by Xuchang Yongda Group Co., Ltd. "Huadu Hot Spring" is a hot spring culture-themed hotel that combines hot spring bathing, hotel dining, business leisure, conference vacations, health care, SPA, and recreational activities.

The initial phase of "Huadu Hot Spring" mainly includes: a hot spring resort hotel built to four-star standards and nine uniquely styled luxury family villas renovated to five-star standards, 80 different types of hot spring pools, an artificial swan lake, as well as pavilions, corridors, waterfalls, and themed gardens featuring flowers and trees inspired by the four seasons.

The resort is being developed in phases. The first phase, with an investment of 85 million RMB, is expected to accommodate up to 5,000 visitors per day for the hot spring pools and 300 guests per day for hotel conferences.

The planned projects for the first phase of "Huadu Hot Spring" include: one waterside building primarily for guest rooms and one scenic building mainly for dining, both equipped with guest rooms, restaurants, and wellness facilities; three luxury villas, seven family villas, one SPA wellness center, and one VIP business leisure club (in a traditional courtyard style). Surrounded by fragrant flowers and herbs, these buildings are luxurious, elegant, European in style, comfortable, quiet, and surrounded by clear waters. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Center offers comprehensive health consultation services, while the charming boys and girls from the Yi Da Garden perform the unique and marvelous Hua Tuo massage techniques, helping restore your vitality, energy, and spirit to their optimal states. It provides a space for busy urban dwellers to relax and find inner peace, a return to nature where body and soul unite. The resort’s abundant and high-quality deep well mineral water reaches a temperature of 63 degrees and is rich in various minerals and trace elements beneficial to human health, all exceeding international standards for natural mineral water quality. According to experts, long-term consumption and bathing can help soften blood vessels, lower blood pressure, regulate nerves, and prevent various diseases caused by cardiovascular, bone and joint, and neurological disorders. The water is low in sodium salt and of the calcium-magnesium bicarbonate type—crystal clear to the eye and sweet to the taste. Scenic Spot Transportation

Take a bus or taxi from Xuchang to Yanling, then follow National Highway 311 to the east gate of Huadu Hot Spring in Donghua, Wunüdian Town.

Chenhuadian Town: Located in the heart of the Central Plains, Chenhuadian Town covers a total area of 50 square kilometers with a population of 32,000. The town proper spans 2.8 square kilometers and governs 26 administrative villages. It serves as the western gateway to "Huadu" Yanling. It lies 10 kilometers east of Yanling County, 25 kilometers west of Xuchang City proper, 20 kilometers from the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, and 65 kilometers from Xinzheng International Airport. National Highway 311 and Yudi Railway run east-west through the town, while the Chongqing–Rizhao Expressway cuts north-south, with an exit within the town area.
