Victory Park is located in the middle section of Lingyuan Road in downtown Zhangjiakou. With its beautiful environment, lush trees, and a rich variety of flora and fauna, it is an ideal spot for leisure, entertainment, walking, and exercise. The park features a small zoo and various fitness facilities, and is open to the public free of charge all year round.

Zhangjiakou Victory Park is a comprehensive, open park dedicated to leisure and recreation. Over the past two years, the city of Zhangjiakou has carried out a comprehensive renovation of the park. The renovated Victory Park features reconstructed main and secondary pathways as well as walking trails. It has also introduced more than ten rare tree species for the area, such as Euonymus fortunei and mulberry. A multifunctional dry-land musical fountain has been newly built at the entrance, with water patterns that change beautifully along with the music — this is the first time such a fountain has been constructed on public green space in Zhangjiakou.

At the former site of the greenhouse, a large pigeon coop of nearly 500 square meters has been newly built, helping to better manage the park’s resident pigeons. In addition, to extend visitors’ stay and enhance the charm of the park at night, additional lighting facilities such as courtyard lights and lawn lamps have been installed.
