Shichahai Xihai
When it comes to the famous Shichahai, most people are certainly familiar with it, and their impression of Shichahai is likely limited to Qianhai and Houhai. In fact, Beijing Xihai is also part of the Shichahai area. Unlike Qianhai and Houhai, Beijing Xihai is separated by Deshengmen Street near the Second Ring Road, so fewer people know about it. In fact, Beijing Xihai is also a scenic and tranquil spot within Beijing, forming a sharp contrast with the bustling Second Ring Road. Beijing Xihai feels like another world. Though it's not widely known, those who understand old Beijing culture often visit Xihai for sightseeing. With the continuous passing on of tradition, the number of visitors here has been growing day by day. There are also many attractions and historic sites around Beijing Xihai, such as the Guo Shoujing Memorial Hall located here. The shores of Xihai are lined with rows of lush willow trees, and the bright lake surface reflects the willow branches and blue sky, creating a peaceful scene. Fishing along the shores of Xihai is also a beautiful picture of life.
