The China National Children's Center (The China National Children's Center, CNCC) is a generous gift from the Party Central Committee and the State Council to children and adolescents across the country in 1982. It is located in Guanyuan, Xicheng District, Beijing. Its predecessors were the China Children and Adolescents Activity Center and the China Children's Development Center. Covering an area of 80,000 square meters with a construction area of 34,960 square meters, it includes a Science Palace, an Art Palace, a Gymnasium, teaching buildings, a theater, and a variety of children’s recreational facilities. The campus features majestic architecture, a beautiful environment, lush green lawns, fluttering butterflies, and singing birds. There are fruits in two seasons, flowers in three seasons, and evergreen foliage all year round. It serves as an ideal place for children and adolescents to learn about science and art, a wonderful venue for cultural, artistic, and sports activities, and also a base for children’s workers nationwide to study and exchange experiences.

Its theme is a scientific research institution for child development. The "Center" collaborates with UNICEF on project initiatives, conducting applied scientific research and advisory services in areas such as child health care, nutrition, psychology, and education, as well as investigating and analyzing the conditions of children in China.
