The China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) Zhangbei Wind Power Observation Tower is located atop Xiaoyue Dai Mountain at an altitude of 1,640 meters in Manjing Village, Zhangbei County, approximately 14 kilometers from downtown Zhangbei. The project was invested and constructed by CECEP Wind Power (Zhangbei) Co., Ltd. With a total investment of about 1 million yuan, the tower stands 20 meters tall, has a diameter of 22 meters, and features a construction area of 1,500 square meters. The main structure consists of four floors, all built with reinforced concrete. The wind power observation tower highlights exhibition and sightseeing functions, with its exterior fully decorated in glass curtain walls, offering a transparent and spectacular view.

Internally, the tower is roughly divided into an exhibition hall on the first floor, a conference hall on the second floor, an observation hall on the third floor, and an open-air viewing platform on the fourth floor. The completion of the wind power observation tower not only promotes corporate culture but also popularizes knowledge about wind energy and wind power, instilling the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection. It further showcases the image of Zhangbei, offers a glimpse into a bright future, and allows visitors to feel the county’s progressive spirit.

If you ascend to the top of the tower, you’ll be greeted by a panoramic view of the megawatt-scale wind farm, with white clouds, blue skies, lush green grass, and a forest of wind turbines whose blades dance powerfully in the wind—creating a majestic and uniquely captivating sight that makes it a premier destination for wind power tourism.
