Located in Longxing Township, Wolong District, 25 kilometers north of the city center, it is a medium-sized reservoir surrounded by picturesque mountains and clear waters that remain lush all year round. With hills to the east, west, and north, the area offers beautiful lake and mountain views, leaping fish, and soaring cranes, making it an ideal spot for leisure and recreation.

Laohaopo Town: Laohaopo Town is located 15 kilometers north of Nanyang city center. To the east, it neighbors the ancient town of Shiqiao; to the west, it borders the Dapeng Mountain watershed, which marks the boundary between Wolong District and Zhenping County. To the south, it adjoins An’gao Town, Xiezhuang Township, and Pushan Town of Wolong District; to the north, it reaches the Guanshan watershed, which is the boundary mountain between Wolong District and Nanzhao. The township covers a total area of 160 square kilometers, governs 18 administrative villages, 271 natural villages, and has a population of 39,000. Its geographical coordinates are 112°35′ east longitude and 30°12′ north latitude. The highest elevation is 418 meters, and the lowest is 157 meters.
