Xinxian Dabie Mountain Camping Park Co., Ltd. is located in Xinxian, known as "the Jiangnan of the North and the North of the Jiangnan." Situated in the heart of the Dabie Mountains at the junction of Hubei, Henan, and Anhui provinces, this area is the cradle of the Red Army and generals, where red tourism and green ecological tourism resources complement each other. It neighbors the national water conservancy scenic area and the national AAA-rated Xiangshan Lake Scenic Area, as well as the exit of the Da-Guang Expressway. National Highway 106 and the Beijing-Kowloon Railway run through the region, providing convenient transportation. Relying on Xinxian’s strategic development of the tourism economy and integrating with the Dabie Mountains’ red tourism, Xinxian Dabie Mountain Camping Park Co., Ltd. has built a new tourism model centered around RV camping, leisure vacations, patriotic education, and national fitness, consisting of one core hub and four satellite sites. The planned total investment is 590 million yuan, to be developed in three phases. Phase one, with an investment of 260 million yuan, is scheduled for completion and trial operation in 2016. Phase two is expected to be completed in 2017, and the entire project is set to be fully operational by the end of 2018.

The construction includes infrastructure supporting facilities, RV campsites, mountain hiking trails, a national fitness park, a youth national defense education base, a youth patriotic education experience base, a specialized RV distribution service base, a camping service base, hot spring wellness retreats, outdoor adventure training bases, and specialty dining options. The park currently features 98 wooden cabin accommodations, 46 residential RVs, 28 leisure container units, and a large landscape restaurant that can accommodate 300 diners simultaneously. The internal facilities are comprehensive, offering all basic amenities and home-style equipment.
