The Former Site of the Soviet Bank of the Eyuwan Special District is a classic red tourism attraction and a patriotic education base.

The Former Site of the Soviet Bank of the Eyuwan Special District is located on Shoufu Road in Xin County. On May 15, 1931, the Soviet Bank of the Eyuwan Special District was established in Xinji, with Zheng Yizhai as the bank president, Cao Xuexiu as the accountant, Li Zhenshan as the cashier, and Wang Zeyun (female) as the custodian, totaling nine employees. It had branches including the Northwest Anhui Special District Bank and several county-level branches. In July, it was renamed the Industrial and Agricultural Bank of the Eyuwan Provincial Soviet Government. The main tasks of the bank were: to unify the currency system, issue currency, and regulate currency circulation; to accept deposits, conduct remittances, and manage treasury services; to provide loans to support industrial, agricultural production, and commercial trade, thereby boosting the economy and aiding the revolutionary war. The bank issued four types of currency: silver coins, copper coins, paper money, and cloth money. Silver and copper coins were minted by the Northwest Anhui Mint, while paper money and cloth money were printed by the Eyuwan Special District Printing Factory. Paper money was the most widely issued and largest in quantity among the currencies issued by the Soviet Bank. The Soviet currency enjoyed high credibility and was highly welcomed by the people in the base areas.

The Former Site of the Soviet Bank of the Eyuwan Special District faces west and originally consisted of over 30 rooms in five rows, all built with a brick-and-wood structure.
