Henan People's Procuratorate Museum

Henan People's Procuratorate Museum is a patriotic education base.

The first provincial-level museum in China integrating functions such as collection, research, exhibition, exchange, and service dedicated to the history of the people's procuratorate—Henan People's Procuratorate Museum—has been completed and officially opened in Xin County, Xinyang. Henan Provincial People's Procuratorate Procurator Cai Ning and Xinyang Municipal Mayor Guo Ruimin jointly unveiled the museum plaque.

Xin County was once the capital of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area and is known as the hometown of the Red Army and the cradle of generals. The Hubei-Henan-Anhui Revolutionary Base Area is one of the main birthplaces of the people's procuratorate system, where the country’s first national public prosecutor of the people's procuratorate system was born.

The exhibition halls of the Henan People's Procuratorate Museum are divided into eight sections: Rooted in Red Soil, Great Beginning; Inheritance and Development, A New Chapter, among others. The timeline spans from 1931 to 2011, covering an exhibition area of over 1,800 square meters. The Henan People's Procuratorate Museum displays a total of 895 cultural relics, historical materials, photos, and archives from different historical periods of the people's procuratorate in Henan Province over the past eighty years, and houses a collection of over 120 procuratorial cultural relics.
