Honglian Cultural Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Honglian Cultural Park is located in Lianhua Village, Guojiahe Township, Xin County.

The park centers around the former residence of Comrade Liu Mingbang, the Liu Mingbang Memorial Hall, and the Dabie Mountains Red Integrity Culture Exhibition Hall. Built along the natural river course, it features eco-friendly structures such as wind-rain corridors and waterside pavilions, forming a riverside landscape belt. It is the first red-integrity beautiful countryside in China with profound red cultural significance, excellent green ecology, and harmonious rural civilization. The red imprints of the Dabie Mountains Red Integrity Cultural Park shine brightly, blending lotus and integrity cultures, with red elements found everywhere. It has become an important base for Party members and cadres to receive revolutionary tradition and integrity education, and has also sparked tourism and sightseeing booms, driving local trends of returnees and development.

Liu Mingbang, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1902, was from Lianhua Village, Guojiahe Township, Xin County, Henan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1929. He participated in the revolution in April 1928. In 1911, he attended the village private school. In 1913, he was forced to drop out and returned home to farm. In early 1928, he joined the "Poor People's Association" under the leadership of the Party organization. In July 1929, he led the peasant self-defense army to cooperate with the Red Army in the "— Movement" at Baishaguan. In September of the same year, he was elected as the Secretary of the Xian Nan District Committee of the CPC and Chairman of the Fifth Township Soviet Government of the South District.
