The Ningling County Ecological Pear Garden Scenic Area is a cultural tourism attraction.

Ningling County is honored as "China's Most Distinctive Cultural Eco-Tourism County," a "National Demonstration Site for Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism," and the "Hometown of Chinese Crisp Pears." It is the largest production base in Henan Province for the Golden Crown Blossom Crisp Pear, boasting 220,000 mu of planted area and producing 1 billion jin annually. The product has also earned the "National Green Product" certification. "Visit a pear garden like no other, admire a heavenly landscape, and taste royal crisp pears"—visitors can fully immerse themselves in a unique and delightful experience.

Centered around the Royal Pear Garden, the scenic area features five major landscape units: the Liu Huaqiao Attraction, the Century-Old Pear Tree King, the Six Pavilions of the Pear Garden, and the Pear Culture Expo Park. Together, they create stunning seasonal views: "admiring flowers in spring, enjoying shade in summer, tasting fruits in autumn, and viewing frosted branches in winter." This is a place where spring blossoms and autumn yields flourish, rooted in the ancient music and dance culture of the Ge Tian era, all within a natural oxygen bar with a pleasant ecological environment. In early April, pear blossoms flurry like snowflakes, dancing across the sky. In summer, winding paths through the pear orchard offer shaded serenity. In golden autumn, pear-laden branches showcase a bountiful harvest. In winter, snow-frosted pear trees display twisted branches like jade, creating breathtaking beauty. The area has developed six major tourism systems: "farmhouse leisure," "sea of flowers and fruit sightseeing," "pollination, picking and grafting experiences," "pear garden wellness retreats," "sketching and photography art creation," and "root-seeking and ancestor worship." Various characteristic events and performances are held here, such as the Ge Tian Music and Dance, Eastern Henan Drumming, Dragon and Phoenix Dance, Flower Stick Dance, Pan Drum Performance, and Waist Drum Show, as well as activities like the "Pear Blossom Fairy" competition, pear blossom pollination contest, self-drive tours, cicada-catching competitions, bonfire parties, farm-picking experiences, pear fruit competitions, and calligraphy and painting contests. The pear garden scenic area has become a comprehensive leisure tourism destination equipped with full functions and facilities, integrating sightseeing, touring, leisure, vacationing, dining, entertainment, and shopping.
