Quanjude is a famous traditional Chinese catering enterprise, established in 1864 (the third year of the Tongzhi reign in the Qing Dynasty). After 141 years of continuous development and innovation, it has formed the Quanjude cuisine, represented by its roast duck, along with a full duck banquet and over 400 flavorful dishes. Quanjude is renowned both at home and abroad for its exquisite roast duck and distinctive dishes, becoming a quintessence of Chinese culinary culture.

After nearly a year of meticulous preparation, the completed Quanjude Exhibition Hall is located on the third floor of the group headquarters office building, south of the Quanjude Hepingmen Roast Duck Restaurant. It covers an area of nearly 400 square meters. The purpose of establishing the Quanjude Exhibition Hall is to review the evolution of roast duck, condense the development trajectory of the time-honored brand, interpret the cultural essence of Quanjude, and showcase its century-long brilliance. The entire exhibition embodies Quanjude’s business philosophy of “completeness without lack, unity without dispersion, and benevolence above all,” as well as its spirit of innovation that keeps pace with the times, while also passing down the profound and intriguing heritage of Chinese culinary culture.
