Jinan to Changdao Self-Drive Route: Jinan – Weifang (211 km) – via Weilai Expressway – Weiwu Expressway – Penglai West – Penglai (207 km). After exiting the highway, go to Penglai Port Terminal – Changdao (30-minute ferry ride).

Beijing to Changdao Self-Drive Route: Beijing (South Third Ring Road) – Minutes Temple – Huangshi Expressway (toward Huanghua) – Rongwu Expressway – Weiwu Expressway – Penglai West.

Taiyuan to Changdao Self-Drive Route: Taiyuan – Shijiazhuang (224 km) – Dezhou (198 km) – Jinan (125 km) – Weifang (211 km) – via Weilai Expressway – Weiwu Expressway – Penglai West – Penglai (207 km). After exiting the highway, go to Penglai Port Terminal – Changdao (30-minute ferry ride).
