From late March to April every year is the tulip season, with blooms lasting until early May. Early May to early June is when the rose garden is in full bloom, with its 9,000-square-meter expanse filled with vibrant colors and fragrances. Late May marks the arrival of the hydrangea season, featuring the reputedly largest 8,000-tsubo hydrangea sea in Japan, which is truly moving and awe-inspiring. With about 8,000 hydrangea plants in 50 varieties, including white, blue, purple, and pink, their round blossoms are incredibly adorable. Mid-June brings the iris season, blooming alongside the hydrangeas to create the most beautiful early summer scene.
