North Changshan Island

North Changshan Island is located in Changdao County, Yantai City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 7.87 square kilometers. At the northernmost tip of the Shandong Peninsula lies Changdao County, a beautiful coastal city known in ancient times as Dengzhou and today as Penglai. From the Dan Cliff Mountain in Penglai, one can gaze into the distance to see a scattering of emerald-green islands—like scattered gems embedded in the sapphire waves—rising from the vast expanse of ocean and misty waters. These are the stunning islands of the Miaodao Archipelago, acclaimed as a "fairyland on the sea."

North Changshan Island is connected to South Changshan Island by a cross-sea bridge and consists of four natural fishing villages. The scenery is beautiful, and there is a great attraction: Jiuzhang Cliff. Attractions include: Jiuzhang Cliff and Crescent Bay Scenic Area.
