Zhujialin Creative Town is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Zhujialin Creative Town is located in Andi Town, Yinan County, adjacent to the Red Sister’s Hometown Tourist Area to the east. It covers a planned area of 28.7 square kilometers, with a core zone of approximately 3.33 square kilometers. Completed projects include the Apricot Grove Clinic, a power-free children’s playground, Guanzhu Studio, Old House Teahouse, Youth Makers Center, Youth Reception Center, Rural Life Aesthetics Museum, weaving workshop, youth hostel, woodworking, architect-themed homestay street, as well as supporting facilities such as the Tower of Regeneration, parking lot, and forest public toilets. The second phase has commenced or is scheduled to commence, with construction projects totaling an investment of about 33.05 million yuan. These include community center, rural living room, makers’ apartments, bridgehead service area, and other supporting facilities, as well as creative agriculture projects such as Pumen Creative Farm, New Farmers Silkworm Baby Family Farm, and Sixteen Gardens. At the Second National Rural Tourism Enhancement and Poverty Alleviation Promotion Work Conference, Zhujialin Youth Makers Center was honored as a “Second Batch of China’s Rural Tourism Makers Demonstration Bases,” Zhujialin Creative Core Zone founder Song Na received the national “Talented Individuals Leading Households” Tourism Poverty Alleviation Demonstration Project Award, Zhujialin Creative Town was approved as part of the second batch of Shandong Province’s Characteristic Towns, and on July 4, 2017, the Zhujialin Rural Complex Project was successfully designated as a national pilot project.

Andi Town: Andi Town is situated in the far northwest of Yinan County, with the town government located 31 kilometers from the county seat. It borders Mengyin and Yishui, and governs 35 administrative villages with a population of 56,000. The total land area of the town is 143.5 square kilometers, including 55,000 mu of arable land and 61,000 mu of forested land. The Wen River runs through the entire territory from west to east.

Shandong Province’s second-largest reservoir—the Andi Reservoir—is located in the western part of the town, while Yinan County’s largest reservoir—the Gaohu Reservoir—is situated in the central area.
