　　   Yunling White Flower Camellia Oil is a specialty of Guangnan County in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It features a clear, bright color and a delicious aroma.

　　   "Yunling White Flower" camellia oil is produced by Guangnan County Yunling Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. Having passed all quality inspections and certifications, it was successfully launched as the first new product in the county’s grain and oil market since 2008. With its clear, bright color and pleasant taste, the oil mainly consists of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid. It is rich in vitamins, trace elements, and minerals, while being free from erucic acid, gondoic acid, and aflatoxins. The product overcame key technical challenges in degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, and winterization processes of camellia seed oil. Quality tests conducted by the Yunnan Provincial Grain and Oil Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center confirmed that all quality indicators met export standards. In 2009, a total of 100 tons of refined camellia oil were produced, with six different appearance-packaged varieties developed, achieving an output value of 5 million yuan and a profit of 300,000 yuan. The "Yunling White Flower" trademark was approved by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on April 25, 2006, and is protected under national patent law. The product also won a gold award at the 2008 Wenshan International Notoginseng Expo.
