Dongliugou Site

The Dongliugou Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Dongliugou Site is located 1,000 meters southeast of Dongliugou Village, Mamuchi Township, Yinan County. It dates back to the Neolithic Age and is classified as an ancient ruin.

The Dongliugou Site is among the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units.

Mamuchi Township: Mamuchi Township in Yinan County is the hometown of Ming De Ying, a renowned “Yimeng Red Sister-in-Law.” It is situated in the northwest of Yinan County, 23 kilometers from the county seat, covering a total area of 91.2 square kilometers. The township governs 23 administrative villages with a population of 33,000. The Wen River runs from east to west through the entire area, while Provincial Highway 336 and Gaojie Road pass through it, providing very convenient transportation. It is 110 kilometers east of Rizhao Port, 30 kilometers from the Yinan Station of the Jiaonan–Xinyi Railway, 10 kilometers west of a highway exit, and 55 kilometers south of Linyi Railway Station and Airport.
