The former site of the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, a classic red tourism attraction, and a patriotic education base.

The former site of the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army is located on the east side of the north-south main street in Dadian Village, Dadian Town, Junan County, Shandong Province. In early March 1939, the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army entered Shandong from northwestern Shanxi and fought across central, western, and southern Shandong. In early March 1941, the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army moved from the Yimeng Mountain area in central Shandong to Junan County, where it remained until mid-September 1945 when it left Shandong for the northeast. For over four years, the 115th Division headquarters was stationed in areas such as Dadian and Xixinzhuang.

It is situated on the east side of the north-south main street in Dadian Village, Dadian Town, Junan County, Shandong Province. In early March 1939, the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army entered Shandong from northwestern Shanxi and fought across central, western, and southern Shandong. In early March 1941, the headquarters of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army moved from the Yimeng Mountain area in central Shandong to Junan County, where it remained until mid-September 1945 when it left Shandong for the northeast. For over four years, the 115th Division headquarters was stationed in areas such as Dadian and Xixinzhuang. The site includes the former "Juye Hall" and "Siyu Hall" of the Dadian Zhuang family. The overall layout consists of a large Qing Dynasty-style courtyard complex enclosing smaller ones. The eastern courtyard, "Juye Hall," originally had 57 rooms and now houses exhibits such as the living quarters of Luo Ronghuan, the battle command meeting room, and display panels documenting the military campaigns of the 115th Division. The western courtyard, "Siyu Hall," originally had 52 rooms and now contains the monument commemorating the establishment of the Shandong Provincial Government and related exhibition rooms. The total area of the site is 3,288 square meters.

In November 1996, it was designated as a “National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit” by the State Council. In November 2005, it was recognized as a “National Patriotic Education Demonstration Base” by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee. In August 2009, it was designated as a “National Women’s Patriotic Education Base” by the All-China Women’s Federation.

Dadian Village: As the seat of the town government, Dadian Village is traversed by Provincial Highway 303 from east to west. It administers groups including Dadian Fourth Team, Dadian Fifth Team, Dadian Sixth Team, Nongke, Liumin, and Xishi, with 133 Party members.
