Xuejiayao Site

The Xuejiayao Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Xuejiayao Site is located in Xuejiayao Village, Dadian Town, Junan County. It dates back to the Neolithic Age and the Xia-Shang periods, and is classified as an ancient site.

The Xuejiayao Site is among the second batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units.

Dadian Town: Dadian Town is located 19 kilometers north of Junan County. It borders Rizhao City to the north and lies east of the scenic Maji Mountain Tianhu Scenic Area, covering a total area of 128.9 square kilometers. It governs 71 administrative villages, has a population of 72,000, and 70,000 mu of arable land. The area has a temperate monsoon semi-humid continental climate. The Juxian–A city road intersects here, and it is 5 kilometers from the Rizhao–Dongying Expressway, 18 kilometers from the Yanzhou–Shijiusuo Railway, 40 kilometers from Linyi Airport, and 40 kilometers from Shijiu Port.
