The former site of Jiazi Mountain Hospital is located west of the Jiazi Mountain Hospital in Wentan Town, Junan County. It dates back to the Anti-Japanese War period and is classified as a representative building of modern historical significance.

The former site of Jiazi Mountain Hospital is among the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Wentan Town: "Wentan Town, Junan County, is situated in the northeastern part of Junan County, 28 kilometers from the county seat. It borders the port city of Rizhao to the east, and lies close to the deep-water ports of Shijiu and Lanshan to the south. The Yanzhou–Shijiusuo Railway, National Highway 206, and the Rizhao–Dongying Expressway are all nearby. The town covers a total area of 127 square kilometers, with 52,000 mu of arable land. It governs 37 administrative villages, has 14,000 households, and a population of 48,000. In 2004, the town’s GDP and total industrial and agricultural output value reached 500 million yuan, with an average per capita rural income of 3,100 yuan. It is the first civilized town in Linyi City and one of the first star-rated towns in Shandong Province."
