Located in Beichen Village, Xiawa Town, Zhanhua County, it was jointly established by Zhanhua Haohua Juice Co., Ltd. and the Beichen Winter Jujube Plant Protection Professional Cooperative. It is a modern agricultural demonstration park for Zhanhua winter jujubes. The park was funded by Zhanhua Haohua Juice Company, with Beichen Village contributing winter jujube orchards and infrastructure such as office buildings. A joint-stock agricultural development company — Shandong Haohua Agricultural Industrial Park Co., Ltd. — was registered with the industrial and commercial authorities. The company actively explores the "enterprise + base + farmers' professional cooperative" industrial operation model to guide jujube farmers to change traditional planting methods. The industrial park is divided into four zones: the protected cultivation zone, the agroforestry economy zone, the original ecological winter jujube planting zone, and the Zhandong No. 2 planting zone. The park will promote and apply technologies such as drip irrigation, greenhouses, and soil testing-based fertilization to create high-standard core and premium gardens for Zhanhua winter jujubes. Plans include constructing one high-standard greenhouse with stainless steel structure, air conditioning, and underfloor heating within the year, 20 steel-frame spring-warm greenhouses, 2,900 meters of drip irrigation pipelines and underground pesticide spraying lines, a 600-square-meter artificial hill, 2,520 meters of hardened internal production roads, and 1,600 meters of isolation fences. A series of tourist attractions such as a landscape gate, a jujube viewing platform, and plank walkways will also be built. It is an efficient ecological demonstration park integrating scientific research and teaching, pest and disease control demonstrations, new technology promotion, and tourism.
