China Cricket Culture City, located in Youji Community, Chaihedian Town, Ningjin County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. It lies to the north of the transportation artery Debin Expressway, west of the Ningjin Economic Development Zone, east of Leling—the hometown of golden-thread jujubes, and south of Lingxian County, the birthplace of Dongfang Shuo. Constructed with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan over two years by Dezhou Kede Industrial Co., Ltd., the complex has a total construction area of over 60,000 square meters. The streets are 30 meters wide, with red awnings on both sides to facilitate cricket selection by enthusiasts. Within the Cricket Culture City, there are facilities such as the Cricket Culture Exhibition Hall, Cricket Fighting Arena, Cricket Trading Hall, Cricket Culture Research Center, Cricket Fist Research Association, Cricket Catching Experience Park, hotel, restaurants, teahouse, large parking lot, and more. A national cricket invitational tournament is grandly held here every year. In 2014, the documentary crew of "The Insects" filmed scenes here.

Lush trees provide green shade; flower stands bloom with vibrant colors; fountains gush with silver-white sprays. A massive granite stone lies on the north side of the main street, engraved with the handwriting of Wu Jichuan, the “Cricket Sage,” reading “China Cricket Culture City.” The bold red characters are strikingly eye-catching. A national cricket invitational tournament is grandly held here every year.
