Shandong Book City

Shandong Book City is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Shandong Book City was invested in and constructed by Shandong Publishing Group, and is managed by its subsidiary, Shandong Publishing Group Co., Ltd. Xinyuan Cultural Development Branch. The project is located at No. 56 Shengli Street, Jinan, at the intersection of Jinan’s major transportation artery Jingshi Road and Shengli Street, bordered by Jingjiu Road to the north and Minsheng Street to the east.

The entire project consists of three parts: a book commercial district, a five-star hotel, and office buildings. It covers a total land area of 16,300 square meters, with a total construction area of 131,000 square meters and approximately 900 parking spaces. There are 3 underground levels, totaling 41,000 square meters, and 24 above-ground floors, totaling 90,000 square meters, with an overall height of 96.5 meters. The total investment is nearly 1 billion yuan. Shandong Book City officially opened in September 2015.
