Wolfsbane Mountain Park

Wolfsbane Mountain Park is located in the Jinqiling Scenic Area of the Thousand Buddha Mountain Scenic Spot in downtown Shizhong District. It borders Liyang Street to the north, extends to the area north of Tuwu Road to the south, reaches the southern extension of Tourism Road to the east, and lies adjacent to the planned road to the west, covering an area of 700 acres.

Integrating multiple functions such as recreation, sightseeing, leisure fitness, and science education, it serves as an ecological green lung in the southern part of the city and a recreational haven for citizens. The park features distinctive mountainous landscapes, where sunlight, clouds, mountain flowers, and forests complement one another. Surrounded by continuous verdant hills, lush layers of greenery, and faintly visible village cooking smoke, it forms a beautiful landscape painting of mountains, waters, and countryside.

Both the northern and southern sides of the mountain ridge contain relics from the Liberation War. In addition, the unique synclinal landform along the ridge line and scattered stone carvings created spontaneously by local residents contribute to the distinctive natural and cultural scenery of Wolfsbane Mountain.

Note: This Wolfsbane Mountain is not the one near Wolfsbane Mountain Reservoir in Zhongkou Town.
