The former site of the Pear Blossom Mansion is located in Ganshiqiao Subdistrict, Shizhong District, Jinan City, dating back to 1941.

The "Pear Blossom Mansion" was one of the external names used for the Japanese secret service station in Jinan, Shandong during the Japanese invasion of China in World War II, and it is also the official name of this architectural complex. The "Pear Blossom Mansion," established in 1941, was directly under the staff headquarters of the Japanese Twelfth Army, with its leader being Sushimi Shinichi. It was nicknamed the "Pear Blossom Mansion" because his wife’s name was Pear Blossom.

The "Pear Blossom Mansion" specialized in conducting espionage activities within religious groups, taking control of church affairs, and recruiting and training pro-Japanese church members. This architectural complex consists of a group of alleyway-style buildings, made up of five separate courtyards. The entrance to the alleyway faces south and north, with a Western-style gatehouse built at the entrance. The buildings are all of brick-and-stone structure, with the lower parts of the walls constructed from ashlar stones and the upper parts from red bricks. The total area covers approximately 700 square meters.

On June 23, 2015, it was announced as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.
