Jinan North Mosque (Qingjing Mosque) is located in Luoyuan Subdistrict, Shizhong District, Jinan City, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

On June 23, 2015, Jinan North Mosque (Qingjing Mosque) was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Luoyuan Subdistrict: The Luoyuan Subdistrict Office is situated in the northeast of Shizhong District, Jinan City. It borders the West Moat to the east, adjacent to Lixia District; it lies west of the People's Department Store, south to Jingshi Road, and north to Fuxiang Street, bordering Tianqiao District. Covering an area of 1.68 square kilometers, it has a total of 13,242 households and a population of approximately 32,000. The subdistrict is named after Luoyuan Avenue, which runs through the area. Its administrative office is located at No. 11 Shengtang Lane and houses six departments and two service centers. It governs seven community committees and one residents' committee.
