The former residence of Zhu Guishan is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The former residence of Zhu Guishan is located in Luoyuan Subdistrict, Shizhong District, Jinan City, dating back to the Republic of China period.

On June 23, 2015, the former residence of Zhu Guishan was designated by the People's Government of Shandong Province as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units in Shandong.

Luoyuan Subdistrict: The Luoyuan Subdistrict Office is situated in the northeastern part of Shizhong District, Jinan City. It borders the West Moat to the east, adjacent to Lixia District; the People's Department Store to the west; Jingshi Road to the south; and Fuxiang Street to the north, neighboring Tianqiao District. The area covers 1.68 square kilometers, with a total of 13,242 households and an approximate population of 32,000. The subdistrict office is named after Luoyuan Avenue, which runs through the jurisdiction. Its administrative offices are located at No. 11 Shengtang Lane, housing six departments and two service centers. It governs seven community neighborhood committees and one residents' committee.
