The German-style villa at No. 104 Xiaoweier Road is located in Ganshiqiao Subdistrict, Shizhong District, Jinan City, and dates back to the late Qing Dynasty and early Republican period.

On October 10, 2013, the German-style villa at No. 104 Xiaoweier Road was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Shandong Province.

Ganshiqiao Subdistrict: Ganshiqiao Subdistrict Office in Shizhong District, Jinan City, was formed in May 2001 through the merger of the former Jingqi Road, Ganshiqiao, and Chalu Street subdistrict offices. It is situated in the central-northern part of Shizhong District, bordered by Minquan Street to the east, Xiaoweiliu Road to the west, Jingshi Road to the south, and Jingshiu Road to the north. Covering an area of 2.3 square kilometers, it has 19,800 households and a total population of 58,600. It is the location of the three-tier party and government leadership offices of the Shandong Provincial Committee, Jinan Municipal Committee, and Shizhong District Committee.
