The garden-style factory incorporates various environmentally friendly and energy-saving elements; along with humanized living facilities (an elegant staff canteen, comfortable business-style apartments, a unique geothermal ground-source cooling and heating system, and an advanced natural lighting ceiling design), all reflecting advanced technological and energy-saving concepts. It is part of the planned upgrade project in Mingshui Development Zone, ultimately achieving efficient operations, benefiting society, and enhancing corporate visibility, which will greatly boost the local industrial economy.
