Beijing Hua Yin Printing House is located at the north entrance of Hufangqiao in Xuanwu District and is listed as one of the seventh batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Beijing.

Commonly known as the "Ship Building," the entire structure resembles a ship with a triangular floor plan. It features an advanced reinforced concrete beam and column structure for its time, enabling large-span working spaces, and primarily functioned as a printing factory. The architectural styling of the exterior was also influenced by classicism but already displayed many key characteristics of modern architecture. This reflects the influence of global cultural trends on China during the 1920s and the openness of Beijing’s culture. It is a landmark building of significant historical value.
