The ground floor has one door and two windows, while the second floor has three windows. The original wooden doors and windows have all been replaced with glass ones. The main structure remains largely intact, with very sturdy beams and foundations. This discovery holds significant value for studying the stylistic characteristics of Qing Dynasty architecture and the local cultural history. In October 2009, it was approved and announced as part of the third batch of Yanzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units by the Yanzhou Municipal People's Government.
