Yanzhou Fortress

Yanzhou Fortress is a cultural relic protection unit of Yanzhou District.

The fortress is situated at the northeast, northwest, and southeast corners of Jiuyi Hospital in Yanzhou City. Constructed during the Republic of China era, it is a remnant of wartime. It remains in good condition. A protective marker has been installed at the northwest fortress, and a protected zone has been established. This is an important modern historical site and representative architecture. According to Yanzhou Government Document No. 28 (2009), the protected area is defined as extending 20 meters in all directions from each fortress. The construction control zone extends 30 meters outward from the boundary of the protected area.
