Longqiao Subdistrict: Established in June 2008, Longqiao Subdistrict is located in the western urban area of Yanzhou District, situated in the modern new city area. It borders Gulou Subdistrict to the east and neighbors Xinyan Town to the southwest and north. Covering an area of 15.51 square kilometers, it governs 19 villages (residential communities) with a population of 56,000. Legend has it that Zhao Kuangyin, the founding emperor of the Northern Song Dynasty, once took refuge under a bridge in this area while evading pursuers. After he officially ascended the throne, the bridge was named Dragon Bridge, from which the subdistrict derives its name.

In recent years, the subdistrict has actively embraced its scientific positioning as an "administrative and educational center, a hub for commerce, and a livable home for residents..." More details about Longqiao Subdistrict ++
