Mengli Hometown Rural Tourism Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Mengli Hometown Rural Tourism Scenic Area is located in Yanzhou, Shandong. It lies to the north of Mount Tai, south of Weishan Lake, west of Liangshan Marsh from Water Margin, and east of the hometown of Confucius—the birthplace of Confucian culture, rich in historical and cultural heritage. In August 2016, the Mengli Hometown Scenic Area in Xiaomeng Town was designated as a provincial-level rural beautiful village construction demonstration area by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Government. It has been selected as part of the Shandong Rural Tourism Golden Route (premium itinerary). The Suhu Picking Garden within the scenic area has been rated as a Shandong Provincial Premium Picking Garden, and the Suhu Agritainment has been recognized as a Four-Star “Shandong Hospitality” Agritainment. The Mengli Hometown Scenic Area adheres to the concept of “green, ecological, pastoral, and slow-paced living,” highlighting elements of rural tourism such as fruit picking, fishing, agritainment, and planting experiences, complemented by diverse features including slow cycling, sightseeing from heights, and technology experiences. During holidays and weekends, the scenic area sees a continuous stream of visitors.
