at No. 1, Dashilan Street, Qianmen, and is listed as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Beijing.

The two-story wooden structure features an exterior adorned with wrought iron floral decorations, an iron awning overhead, and finely crafted iron floral cornices hanging beneath the awning—currently well preserved.
