Ancient Tomb of Jiang Village

The Ancient Tomb of Jiang Village is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Ancient Tomb of Jiang Village is located in the northwest of Jiangjia Village, Xiaoxue Town, Qufu City. Originally, there were 14 burial mounds here, but 13 have been leveled to the ground, leaving only this one. The tomb has a conical earthen mound, measuring 105 meters from north to south, 97 meters from east to west, and a sloping height of 55 meters. The mound is compacted with clearly defined rammed layers. The tomb chamber structure remains unknown as it has not been excavated, but it has been identified as a Han Dynasty tomb based on exposed pottery shards, bricks, and tiles.

Jiangjia Village: Jiangjia Village is located in the new high-speed rail urban area, with a population of 1,338, 360 households, and 1,160 mu of arable land. The per capita income is 6,200 yuan. In 2010 and 2011, the village invested over 2 million yuan to pave two east-west streets, two north-south streets, and 16 lanes, totaling 11.4 kilometers. All streets and alleys in the village have been paved, and more than 50 houses were demolished free of charge. The village has now met the “household access” standard.
