The Dayu West Aqueduct is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

Dayu West Aqueduct

(1) Location: Beidayu Village, Xizou Town, Qufu City.

(2) Protected area: 30 meters outside the aqueduct.

(3) Construction control zone: 100 meters outside the protected area.

Xizou Town: The total land area of the town is 83,151.5 mu, including 54,555 mu of arable land, of which 36,757 mu are grain fields. Over the past two years, the town has adhered to the path of stabilizing grain production, ensuring cotton output, and developing animal husbandry, while promoting "high-yield, high-efficiency, and high-quality" agriculture. This has led to the formation of an agricultural layout characterized by "vegetables in the west, orchards in the south, and sericulture in the central and eastern areas." In 1995, the total agricultural output value of the town reached 153.29 million yuan, a 109% increase compared to 1993.
