(1) Location: Within the Party School compound, north side of West Gate Street, Lucheng Subdistrict, Qufu City.

(2) Protected area: Within 5 meters outside the main structure wall.

(3) Construction control zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area on all sides.

Lucheng Subdistrict: Lucheng Subdistrict is located within the Ming Dynasty Ancient City of Qufu in Shandong Province and is home to the Qufu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It covers an area of 28.3 square kilometers, administers 26 villages (communities), has 9,760 households, and a population of 28,622. There are currently 112 grassroots Party organizations, including one village-level Party committee (Nan Chi Committee), 14 Party general branches, and 97 Party branches, with 1,964 Party members.
