(1) Location: Within the security company compound, north of Wuma Ci Street, Lucheng Subdistrict, Qufu City.

(2) Protected area: 5 meters outside the existing building foundations.

(3) Construction control zone: 5 meters beyond the protected area.

Lucheng Subdistrict: Lucheng Subdistrict is located within the Ming Dynasty Ancient City of Qufu in Shandong Province and is the site of the Qufu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It covers an area of 28.3 square kilometers, governs 26 villages (communities), has 9,760 households, and a population of 28,622. There are currently 112 grassroots Party organizations, including 1 village-level Party committee (Nan Chi Committee), 14 Party general branches, and 97 Party branches, with 1,964 Party members.
