(1) Location: West of Guande Gate of the Temple of Confucius, Tongxiangpu Neighborhood Committee, Lucheng Subdistrict, Qufu City.

(2) Protected area: With the central point coordinates of the site (35°35’46.6", 116°58’54.2") as the reference point, extending 40 meters east and west, 50 meters north, and 30 meters south.

(3) Construction control zone: 50 meters outside the protected area.

Lucheng Subdistrict: Lucheng Subdistrict is located within the Ming Dynasty Old City of Qufu City, Shandong Province, and is the site of the Qufu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It covers an area of 28.3 square kilometers, governs 26 villages (communities), has 9,760 households and a population of 28,622. There are currently 112 grassroots Party organizations, including one village-level Party committee (Nan Chi Committee), 14 Party general branches, and 97 Party branches, with 1,964 Party members.
