　Southern Shandong Water City · Zaozhuang Old Street — located on the west side of the middle section of Xichang Road, Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, it covers a total area of over 1,280 acres, including 540 acres of water surface. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The overall planning and design of Southern Shandong Water City · Zaozhuang Old Street are positioned in the style of a “water town north of the Yangtze · ancient canal city,” adhering to the alignment of functional zoning with urban functions. The architectural style of Southern Shandong Water City · Zaozhuang Old Street is quaint and unique, blending elements of Huizhou-style architecture, Suzhou-style water streets, and northern residential architecture. The area features an indoor water street, and the entire water city includes 11 water streets connected by 32 small bridges.

Southern Shandong Water City · Zaozhuang Old Street was completed and opened to the public on October 1, 2009, and has been awarded the title of “National Sports Park.” It has now developed into a tourist destination that integrates sightseeing, vacationing, ecology, fitness, leisure and entertainment, as well as educational fun.

The commercial area of Southern Shandong Water City · Zaozhuang Old Street is situated in the southern part of Donghu Park in Zaozhuang City, with a total investment of 780 million yuan, covering an area of about 300 acres and a planned construction area of 130,000 square meters. The project broke ground in June 2009 and will be completed and operational by the end of 2012.
