Xingtai Qilihe Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

Xingtai Qilihe Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in the southern part of Xingtai City. Built around the comprehensive management project of the Qilihe River, the scenic area spans 24 square kilometers, including 8 square kilometers of water surface, making it an urban river-lake type water conservancy scenic area.

In line with the goals of "flood control, ecology, leisure, and livability," the scenic area’s management has carried out comprehensive treatment of "forests, roads, water, and bridges." By dredging the river channel and reinforcing embankments, they have significantly improved water connectivity. The project has added 7.6 million square meters of water surface and 11.5 million square meters of green space. The scenic area now features 19 riverside parks, including Yingbin Park and Moon Bay Beach Park, making it a resort destination that integrates culture, leisure, and sightseeing.
