Xiagou Village is the smallest natural village in the area, boasting picturesque scenery of mountains and clear waters, with a history of over 300 years. Nestled within the valleys and gullies of the deep Taihang Mountains, the place is locally known as the "Ten-Li Xiagou Where the Sun Doesn’t Shine." The cliffside road by Xiagou Reservoir is the only passage connecting the village to the outside world. Its excavation was no easy feat, and the result is truly spectacular. The tunnel is 500 meters long, and 2 kilometers after exiting the tunnel, you’ll reach Xiagou Village.
