Eight Hundred Caves Heaven is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Eight Hundred Caves Heaven is located on the mountainside of Lijialing in Hualin Mountain, about 40 kilometers northwest of Gao'an City and 100 kilometers from Nanchang. The entire journey is via national highways, making transportation convenient. According to the *Plain Talk on Immortals and Buddhas' Wondrous Traces* written by Hong Yingming in the Ming Dynasty, a man from Shu named Li Zhen, also known as Ziyang Zhenjun, lived through eight hundred years spanning the Xia, Shang, and Zhou dynasties, often traveling eight hundred li in a single day, hence people called him Li Eight Hundred. During his lifetime, he practiced Taoism and alchemy in a stone chamber on Hualin Mountain. After successfully creating the elixir, he ascended to heaven, and thus the place was named Eight Hundred Caves Heaven.
