The Site of the Former Yushi Mansion is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Gao’an City.

The Site of the Former Yushi Mansion is located in Wuqiao Town, Gao’an City, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

On December 24, 2012, it was designated as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Gao’an City.

Wuqiao Town: Located in the northwest of Gao’an City, Wuqiao Town is the ancestral home of the former Central General Secretary. It is only 21 kilometers away from downtown Gao’an. The town administers 12 village committees and 1 neighborhood committee, covering a total area of 121 square kilometers.

The area has relatively abundant water resources, including four streams such as the Huangsha River, four small Type II reservoirs managed by the town, and one medium-sized reservoir managed by the city, with a reservoir area of 28 square kilometers and an annual water storage capacity of over 16 million cubic meters. Underground springs in areas such as Yanzi Ridge and Fenghuang Mountain are rich in essential trace elements beneficial to human health, making them suitable for mineral water production.
