The Sanbao Temple Tomb Pagoda Cluster is a cultural heritage protection unit of Gao’an City.

The Sanbao Temple Tomb Pagoda Cluster is located in Cunqian Town, Gao’an City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On December 24, 2012, the People’s Government of Gao’an City designated it as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Cunqian Town: Located in the northwest of Gao’an City, Cunqian Town borders Yifeng County and Shanggao County. The town covers an area of 106 square kilometers, comprising 12 village committees, one town neighborhood committee, and 177 villager groups, with a total population of 25,200.

Since ancient times, Cunqian has been known for its picturesque landscapes and simple folkways, boasting a long humanistic history and profound cultural heritage. The great Song Dynasty poets Su Shi and his brother Su Zhe once traveled here, leaving behind the timeless verses “Bamboo of Noble Stature” and “Fir of Resolute Posture.” The clear and spiritual Suxi River and the beautiful Poshan Mountain were both named after these inspirations.
