The Ancestral Hall of Wenmo in Xiaofang is a cultural heritage protection unit of Gao’an City.

The Ancestral Hall of Wenmo in Xiaofang is located in Cunqian Town, Gao’an City, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

On December 24, 2012, the People’s Government of Gao’an City designated it as part of the fourth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Cunqian Town: Located in the northwest of Gao’an City, Cunqian Town borders Yifeng County and Shanggao County. The town covers an area of 106 square kilometers, governs 12 village committees and one town neighborhood committee, comprising 177 villager groups, with a current total population of 25,200.

Since ancient times, Cunqian has been known for its beautiful landscapes and simple folkways, boasting a long humanistic history and profound cultural heritage. The great Song Dynasty poets Su Shi and Su Zhe once traveled here and left behind the timeless verses "The Bamboo’s Lofty Integrity" and "The Fir’s Sturdy Posture."
